CONSENT TO COMMUNICATION AND SECURITY OF INFORMATION
Any information retained by us, from you, is for the sole purpose of ensuring the highest level of service is provided to you as a user of our online services.
You agree that upon using our service, you will automatically become a subscriber of our newsletter and if at any time you wish to no longer receive communication from us, you can elect to unsubscribe.
We do not retain your credit card details. To ensure that your personal details are secure all payments are processed through our service providers, Planyo or Stripe.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Payment must be complete before your goods will be shipped.
Suspected fraudulent payments will not be accepted and goods may be retained in the event that we suspect a payment is fraudulent.
Whilst we endeavour to ship our items as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for any personal damages to you as a result of any delay.
Procedure for processing goods to be returned (warranty, faulty, incorrect supply)
Please email customer care on ride@TheCyclery.net.au outlining the problem and we will then forward instructions on how to proceed.
Items must fall within the manufacturer’s warranty period starting from the date on the purchase receipt to the date that you contact us at rider care and advise of the problem.
We may need to return large items such as wheels and frames to the supplier for assessment and repair/replacement. This may delay the process; however we will endeavour to be as expedient as we can.
When we receive the returned goods, we will replace or repair the damaged item and return to you.
You have 30 days to return the goods from the receipt of purchase until the date that you contact us at rider care.
Please email customer care for instructions and we will attend to the issue promptly.
In the event that we are unable to replace or repair the goods, then a refund will be provided. We do not provided refunds for incorrect choice and it is your responsibility to choose carefully.
